This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Wbracelet, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Wbracelet for the sale and supply of any products. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

The staff at Wbracelet constantly works hard to satisfy our customers. If you have any questions or problems with our products, you can always reach us at info@wbracelet.com. It is our policy to reply to all questions within 24 hours.

We disclaim any and all damages that may occur with the use of our products.

Warranty

Please note the warranty does not cover the normal wear and aging of the product. The product must be in new condition. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the product and nonobservance of the directions provided by Wbracelet. Please save the printed order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. For all other inquiries concerning shipment, returns, etc, please contact us.

Return Policy

You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to info@wbracelet.com.

The message shall contain the following information: a) order number b) payment confirmation c) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package.

Once the return is granted you will receive a Return order number that must be marked on the parcel. If we don’t find the return number this may cause your refund to be delayed. Return the product together with a printed copy of the payment confirmation together with the return order number. State the cause of the return on the back side of the payment confirmation! You will have to pay the freight cost for the return. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.

wbracelet.com guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact info@wbracelet.com without delay or at the latest within 14 days after reception. Customer support will take care of your complaint and provide you with a Return order number that must be marked on the parcel. Return the product in the state that it was received followed by a damage or error report. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Return the product together with the payment confirmation and return order number. State the cause of the return on the back side of the payment confirmation.

IMPORTANT! You must contact customer support at info@wbracelet.com before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products to get the return request approved.

The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated.

Non Picked Up Goods

If Wbracelet receives packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you. Settlement of the invoice shall be within 14 days.

Return of products:

If a returned product is shipped international, please mark the package RETURNED GOODS, to avoid any Custom charges. Wbracelet is NOT responsible for any return Custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

The normal delivery time is 1-14 working days from the day the order was placed depending of delivery destination. If a product is temporarily out of stock or in production the delivery time can be longer. You always have the possibility to cancel the purchase if a longer delivery delay occurs. Please contact our Customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of our suppliers.

Delivery Charges

Shipping cost are applied in regard to the weight and specific shipment destination, hence the shipping cost can vary, depending on your region and local customs duties. Goods are shipped from Sweden. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Payment Options

At present, Wbracelet accept VISA, Mastercard, Amercian Express, Maestro and Direct Debit through Paypal.

Choose Paypal or your credit card type i.e. (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), state your card numbers and validation date.

As soon as Wbracelet receives the information that the payment is completed the goods are sent to the customer.

All products remain Wbracelet property until full payment is made. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents permission to buy from wbracelet.com.

All transfers conducted through Wbracelet are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.

Confirmation

We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact Wbracelet customer service.

Transportation

wbracelet.com accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.

Force majeure

Events outside Wbracelet control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Wbracelet is released from Wbracelet obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
